I was finishing the class "Management of the present age" at this semester of spring.
Employees of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. who are the enterprises who represent Japan come to Shiga University, and they lectures on this class.
Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. is a big enterprise with the market, and has a lot of factories all over the world.
We went by the class to visit the factory of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. in Kadoma in Osaka.
The thing that has not prospered up to now has been understood though it was thought that I was an enterprise that was always prosperous of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd..
It had still failed in Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd..
However, there was only Matsushita's strategy for the company so as not to go bankrupt then.
I think that it is a cause of victory to notice the mistake at the early stage, and to have done a big structural reform and to the renewal of it.
Moreover, I think that it is a cause of victory to have advanced the development of the commodity that only Matsushita can do.
